Senior Vice President - Document Review Services $225-250K NY & DC
Lead a major new business initiative to build a document review service for corporate clients using the company’s proprietary e-discovery processing and review software and available contract attorneys to extend our domestic and international leadership in the e-discovery space.
Key responsibilities:
- Extend relationships with corporate clients by communicating the significant value proposition of the company’s new document review services. Instill confidence among clients with your personal credibility and experience and the company’s footprint in the e-discovery space.
- Deliver added value to clients vs. their legacy approaches to document review with more consistent quality, better pricing, and superior application of technology.
- Develop financial models for document review services that provide excellent value to corporate clients and profit contribution to the company.
- Design and implement security, quality control and workflow procedures leveraging the company’s proprietary e-discovery review tool (that includes workflow management, near duplicate detection, concept clustering, Unicode support and more) and review acceleration technologies.
- Manage relationships with preferred legal staffing agencies in New York City.
- Negotiate customer terms and conditions; manage risk.
Key attributes:
- Law degree required with experience at top-tier law firm or corporate legal department.
- Significant experience required in hands-on management of complex document reviews related to regulatory compliance, litigation and/or financial transactions. Preference for experience with multi-site, multi-language reviews and/or in-depth subject matter expertise in particular practice areas.
- Strong orientation to client satisfaction and timely, accurate work product.
- Proven experience in building a new business opportunity; entrepreneurial orientation a must.
- Polished executive presence with ability to interact with senior corporate lawyers as a “consultative partner,” not a “vendor”
- Comfortable and fluent with e-discovery technology.

- Travel to prospective clients and active clients are included in the position.
